• The total amount you paid to GameHub Arena in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim

• Mental Health: Competitive stress, losses, and toxic interactions may affect mental well-being. Seek help if gaming negatively impacts your life
• Time Commitment: Competitive gaming can be time-consuming and may interfere with other responsibilities
• Financial Risk: Entry fees are non-refundable, and prizes are not guaranteed
• Relationship Impact: Excessive gaming may strain personal relationships

Tournaments involve games developed and operated by third parties. We are not responsible for:

• Game bugs, glitches, or balance issues
• Game server downtime or maintenance
• Changes to game mechanics, updates, or patches
• Bans or penalties imposed by game publishers
• Game-specific technical requirements or compatibility
• In-game purchases or microtransactions

3.4 Tournament Changes and Cancellations
